For our Gold members, we offer an annual website refresh in addition to year-round monitoring.

We track suspicious website connections via Malware scans and a security plugin (for WordPress sites) called Wordfence. Our Malware scans help us identify potential risks, stop brute force attacks, and leverage IP blocks or blacklists. The latter two ensure we see and block any IP’s that are identified as malicious.

In addition to the monthly reports we provide, we’ll also handle on-page SEO improvements. We also include social media suggestions to help you improve your goals.

Faster pages are more efficient and more likely to keep customers from leaving your site for a competitor’s. We’ll optimize your site speed, page by page, to make sure you’re not losing out on business.

When your website experiences downtime or other maintenance issues, we’re here to help. We check to make sure everything is running smoothly and functioning properly. In the event there are site issues, we’ll do our best to respond and resolve them quickly.

Hosting images and video content on your website can take up a lot of storage. Depending on your CMS, you may need additional storage. Good news! Our Silver and Gold members receive storage with their website management packages, as follows:

Silver: 10 GB of additional storage

Gold: 20 GB of additional storage

This extra storage comes at no extra cost for our members. It’s also necessary for adding media files, updates, and storing local backups to ensure your content isn’t lost.

Sometimes, third-party plugins can be finicky. If the product owner is performing bug fixes or updating the plugin’s functionality or version, it can cause issues for your site. We mitigate this by periodically checking each plugin and resolving any issues we find. 

We also troubleshoot website issues, update WordPress sites after a new update is rolled out, and perform other general maintenance tasks as needed based on the Content Management System (CMS) your site is on.
